Whether you come to this amazing practice through Curiosity, Search for the Divine in your lives or Serious illness, be assured that it will change your lives. You will go through a process of internal washing which will clear the long held blocks that have been contained within. If you remain positive, blocks clear quickly, instead of being allowed to remain and cause damage in the body.
Just begin by standing and allowing your whole body to start shaking. Let your breath be as deep as possible to get into all the blocks and start clearing.

When you are in the mind too much, it becomes an umbrella for the energy, so try to stay out of it as much as possible. Don't worry if you are getting it or not, just persist. Soon you will reach a place where you realize that you are not doing the shaking yourself anymore, but the energy is shaking you .
